Mr. Huseyin Koca started his career in 2008 at Norton Rose Fullbright and joined in 2013 Van Campen Liem.

During his career, he acted for a variety of clients worldwide with experience in, amongst others, the finance, energy, e-commerce, and telecommunications industries whereby he assisted clients on corporate law matters, relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, the establishment of investment structures, corporate governance and general corporate law topics/issues.

On September 1, 2021 Huseyin joined Taxture as partner corporate law where he will mainly focus on corporate law matters and lead the corporate legal team with full dedication and a client-oriented approach.

Huseyin studied Private Law at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, with a special focus on corporate law.
