Jan joined Taxture in 2016. Jan has worked for amongst others Landwell (associated law firm of PWC) and has more than 20 years of experience in his field of expertise.

Jan is a sworn Dutch notary. He is experienced in dealing with cross border transactions, joint-ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Jan advises internationally operating companies on their Dutch legal structure and Dutch corporate governance. He also has extensive experience in private equity transactions, management buy-outs, buy-ins, etc.

Jan holds a Master Degree in Notarial Law from the University of Amsterdam.
